Mavala is presenting new hand care, giftable nail and lip cosmetics sets and a new style of anti-nail-biting pen in Cannes this year.
Mavala President Doris Maute Bobillier said: “We have lots of new products. Firstly, we have a probiotic hand cream that nourishes the good bacteria you have on your skin to restore the skin’s barrier, protect your hands and make them smooth. This is especially important around these times because there is a lot of washing and alcohol-gels.”
Maute Bobillier then went on to explain: “We have a new eye make-up remover to gently remove waterproof and non-waterproof make-up which is un-fragranced for delicate eyes, plus we are launching a brand-new product called the Stop Pen. We have developed a formula to apply as a liquid serum upon the nail plate and around it on the cuticles. The stop pen is like a felt tip pen and is easy to use and will leave a bitter taste in your mouth all day if you try to put your fingers into your mouth.”
Maute Bobillier added: “We also have two winter collections for the nails and the lips and the lip shades are natural colours, because then you can still use it with a mask,” hinting that, for the end of the year Mavala also plans to introduce sets of “glitter polish and bright coloured nail polish for youngsters and the party season.”
