Perfetti Van Melle (PVM) returns to TFWA World Exhibition & Conference with an expanded range of travel retail exclusive products.

PVM, one of the top brands in the travel retail sugar confectionery segment, has released details of its latest new product developments for category exclusives that are designed to grow its market share within kids gifting and refreshment.

It will focus on four brands: two well-known global brands Mentos and Chupa Chups, as well as regional brands Fruittella and Look-o-Look.

PVM is underscoring its commitment to kids gifting innovation, as well as on-the-go refreshment in travel retail, with several new product launches set to be unveiled in Cannes.

Mentos sees a trio of new travel retail exclusive launches for 2022: the reusable Mentos Candy Fan contains four Mini Mentos rolls in Cola, Orange, Lemon and Strawberry flavours. It is a bright and colourful addition to the range and ideal for growth into the kids gifting sector. A new Mini Mentos Pencil Case will also be launched. It is another reusable item for kids, containing 11 Mini Mentos rolls in Cola, Orange, Lemon and Strawberry and available in three different colours.

Providing freshness on-the-go is and will remain PVM’s main focus and it is revamping Mentos Gum packs with a new smaller, curvier design to fit that strategy. The curvy bottle packs are available in Pure Fresh Fresh Mint, Pure Fresh Spearmint and Pure Fresh Red Fruit Lime (new for 2022) flavours.

Visitors to TFWA World Exhibition & Conference will be able to discover what’s new from the world of Look-O-Look. PVM is putting an extra focus on the brand, which will showcase its ‘world of fun’ and products such as Candy Mix Shake, Party Bottle, Candy Burger, Candy Donut, Candy Noodles, Candy Pizza and Candy Sushi. The packaging features playful fast-food concepts jam-packed with candy confectionery, designed to appeal to kids and adults alike.
