Pétanque with prowess and precision T he sun beat down on Cannes’ Place de l’Etang as the pétanque tournament took place yesterday. The tournament set the scene for the happy week ahead. Gathering together, colleagues, friends and exhibitors put conviviality first. Each game took a relaxed pace before building in intensity as the players bowled and scrutinised their moves and with one thing in common – winning on their minds.
