T orres is broadening its reach in travel retail by introducing more buyers and distributors to its growing portfolio of spirits. “Although we are a wine company – a family-owned business for more than 150 years, now in its fifth generation and based in Spain – we also have a spirits division, Juan Torres Master Distillers,” explained Bruno Teixeira, Global Travel Retail Director at Torres. “This year, we’re putting a bit more focus on the spirits side.” Teixeira noted that the company has been expanding its range of brandies in recent years, with “Spanish brandy doing well” in key markets. “Our main markets are Spain, Mexico, and Eastern Europe,” he added. “The reason we’re increasing our focus on the spirits division is because we’ve been inspired to diversify the portfolio.” BlueVillage E3 Q uintessentially British brand Cartwright & Butler is showcasing its latest eye-catching collections in Cannes, combining timeless teatime treats with standout design.
