T he Joseph Ribkoff team has come to Cannes after an exciting debut at TFWA Asia Pacific in Singapore. The brand has announced a travel retail pop up shop due to open in Cairns Airport on 12 November, giving the well-established brand the opportunity to grow in the travel retail area. Nadine Clour, Senior Director, Sales Strategy and Global Business Development, and Rebecca Forsyth, Marketing Manager, explained the team looks forward to having a presence in the Australian airport to learn about the female traveller. They plan to gently gather further knowledge on exactly what women travelling need, and plan to curate their collection accordingly. From the mum on the run to the travelling business woman to the babysitting grandma, Ribkoff plans to cater to every woman individually, while giving them the chance to shop easily and comfortably. Their accessible range of travel friendly products negates the need to try on in changing rooms, giving female travellers the chance to think quickly on their feet while still achieving the desired effortless elegance the brand is known for. They already know the retail “her” after 60 years of catering to their huge customer base, they now look forward to meeting and learning about the travel “her”. Working alongside new consultant Cathy Bonelli, who they serendipitously Joseph Ribkoff to pop up in Cairns with effortless elegance that moves with you met at the TFWA Asia Pacific in Singapore wearing a Joseph Ribkoff outfit, they have somewhat rebranded with the tagline of “effortless elegance that moves with you”. The team has also developed their display to incorporate travel elements, highlighting their developing accessories line and effortless travel shopping experience.
