Scan the QR code: T FWA is reinforcing its commitment to social impact by bringing #KickCancerThon to TFWA World Exhibition & Conference 2026. Delegates are invited to invest some energy and reinforce the industry’s collective support for cancer research by cycling on stationary bikes installed on the Parvis in front of the Palais des Festivals throughout the week. The kilometres collectively generated will convert into financial contributions from TFWA to the incredible cancer research programme at London’s Royal Marsden Hospital, where industry champion Sinead Moodie was treated for NUT Carcinoma lung cancer. For every kilometre you pedal, TFWA will contribute €10 to cancer research. Every ride counts. Every kilometre contributes. Together, we can turn individual effort into meaningful collective impact. Pedal power with purpose: Ride our static bikes for #KickCancerThon Sunday 27 September 2026, 10:30-12:30 Location: Allées de la Liberté, adjacent to Cannes City Hall The fourth edition of “Yes We Cannes!” Handisport – co-organised by TFWA, Stade Toulousain Handisport and m1nd-set – will promote inclusion and accessibility through adaptive sports activities in the Allées de la Liberté, adjacent to Cannes City Hall. This event reflects TFWA’s ongoing commitment to giving back to the wider community. Participants will have the opportunity to experience a range of adaptive sports disciplines, including wheelchair rugby, blind football and a hand-bike challenge. Delegates will also be invited to take part in “Podability”, an immersive disability-awareness challenge designed to provide first-hand insight into the barriers and adaptations encountered by people with disabilities. The morning will conclude with a wheelchair rugby tournament between participating teams. The initiative serves a dual purpose: raising funds to support the charity’s activities while encouraging greater awareness of accessibility and inclusion across the travel ecosystem, including airports, airlines, cruise operators, retailers and hospitality providers. Over the course of the two-hour event, TFWA World Exhibition & Conference delegates will experience adaptive sports from a different perspective, gaining a deeper understanding of how individuals with diverse disabilities engage with sport and navigate physical environments. “Yes We Cannes!” blind football & wheelchair rugby tournament Prev i ew September 2026 3 T F W A D A I L Y
