L a Coque Française is seeing its travel retail ambitions gather pace, with new partnerships and expansion opportunities emerging at TFWA World Exhibition & Conference. Speaking at the show, Baptiste Ben Jeddou, Sales Area Manager for La Coque Française, said the brand’s third appearance had marked a noticeable change in conversations with potential partners. Already working with Lagardère Travel Retail, La Coque Française has established a presence at major European airports including Madrid, Barcelona and Paris, with further opportunities developing across the Middle East. Ben Jeddou highlighted discussions concerning Dubai, Saudi Arabia and Kenya, as well as Ethiopian Airlines and a potential onboard partnership with Emirates. A key advantage for the French accessories brand is its ability to customise products. With production handled by the company in the South of France, designs can be tailored for individual destinations, airlines and partners. This flexibility also taps into the travel gifting and souvenir market, transforming an everyday phone accessory into a reminder of a destination. MediterraneanVillageN12 O uzo of Plomari is presenting a new Citrus Liqueur, alongside its premium Adolo edition and refreshed gifting packaging for the flagship, as the Greek brand steps up its travel retail ambitions. Uzo of Plomari Adolo is triple-distilled at 42% ABV and is drier than the standard expression. The flagship Uzo of Plomari now comes in updated gift packs in 20cl, 70cl and 1L sizes. “Travel retail is a critical gateway to domestic markets,” said Isodories Michailidis, Group Exports & Duty Free Manager. Airport, border, port and cruise shops build awareness among travellers who may later look for the brand at home. Exports already represent around 72% of turnover and the brand is sold in more than 55 countries across all continents with Europe, Asia and North America providing the most volume. BayVillage Bay 22 P arlux Fragrances is showcasing Cloudar, the second eau de parfum from Drake’s luxury fragrance lifestyle brand, Better World Fragrance House, in Cannes. Created by Drake in collaboration with longtime perfumer Michael Carby, Cloudar is a woody, aromatic fragrance designed around contrasts of light and dark, softness and strength. The scent opens with mandarin and nashi pear, warmed by crystallised ginger, before developing into a clean, textured heart of clary sage, jasmine sambac and lily of the valley. Tonka bean, vetiver and atlas cedar form the smooth, lingering base. “We’re thrilled to showcase our award-winning global brands at TFWA, including Better World Fragrance House,” said Lori Singer, President of Parlux Ltd. “It’s always an incredible opportunity to connect with our retail and distribution partners from around the world and share the latest innovation across our portfolio.” GoldenVillageGO5/7/15 From phone cases to new places: La Coque Française expands its reach Plomari Ouzo with a citrus twist Cloudar on the horizon: Parlux Fragrances unveils Drake’s newest fragrance Thursday 1 October 2026 21 T F W A D A I L Y
